Our Services and Solutions
Our fully qualified risk assessors are able to offer a full programme if required which consists of:-
• Initial risk assessment on both hot and cold water – or review of a current risk assessment – which includes any recommendations or considerations to ensure compliance under the Approved Code of Practice (ACoP) and Guidance L8, and HSG274 Part 2.
• We are able to supply (at request) a schematic drawing for hot and cold water system for each building
• We can produce a schedule and documentation (legal requirement) based on control methods and written scheme
• We can offer a service to introduce an appropriate control method or review established control methods that are already in place
• We can implement any follow up actions needed or required identified in risk assessment
• We can provide a tailored written scheme for each building (a legal requirement).
